How much does it cost?

Your desk uses it for free, with no subscription. We only charge for bookings made through padelwith.me, and only for bookings that took place. We’ll walk you through the details on a call.

How is this different from Playtomic?

Platforms like Playtomic charge clubs a monthly subscription, with a commission on online bookings on top. We have no subscription: desk bookings are free, and you only pay for bookings made through padelwith.me.

Do we pay for no-shows or cancellations?

No. Cancelled bookings, no-shows and courts you block for tournaments or maintenance are never charged.

Will our desk staff manage?

If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. We train them at the club, and you can try the demo yourself first.

Who owns the data?

You do. Reports export to CSV whenever you like, and the pilot doesn’t lock you in.
